"If you make somebody else's day or world better, bring them joy, even if it's only a flicker, that's somethin'."
- A Man in Full | S1:E6 #quote
With the A to Z Challenge, there are two times to get yourself ready. The obvious one is before it starts. The less obvious one is after it ends. Now is the time to get ready for May 1, the day after it ends.
What am I talking about?
Enjoy the rest of the Challenge!
One thing I've noticed, not just this year but in years past, is the quality of the posts for this blog hop. Maybe because everyone wants to impress the others, maybe because participants spend a lot of time before April 1 preparing their posts for the month, maybe it's the work people put into developing their themes, or maybe it's just because this is one heck of a fun blog hop. I've often said that the A to Z Challenge is the highlight of my blogging year, not just because of what I write, but because of what I read. This year has been another great year for that reason.
I don't know about you, but I'm already looking forward to next year. And you're the reason. Thank you!
Our team theme this year is our blogging community, gratitude, or being grateful for our blogging
community.
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by what I need to do in a day. Sometimes
it would be easier to just stop blogging altogether. But I feel this sense of
obligation to those who read my posts – especially those who engage with it. This
isn’t a bad thing: I need that sense of knowing what I write is being read and
enjoyed by others to keep me on track.
So thanks to everyone who has stopped by my blog this month
and read (and commented on!) my posts.
What keeps you
blogging when energy/time/motivation is lagging?
