Are you ready? Are you ready? !!!
Yeah, I said it twice. Duality you know. And I just want to make sure you're there for the Challenge. I've got my posts all finished other than a few inserts I'll make along the way to keep things topical. This is my first year for finishing every letter post ahead of time. Whew! What a relief! Now maybe you'll see more of me in your comment sections.
How about you? Did you prepare ahead? Or are you just winging it. Either way it's all okay. This is your personal Challenge. You're not competing against anyone else. You're only up against yourself. Can you do it? Will you finish?
We think you can. In fact we know you can. We've done it and so have many of you. If it's your first time then I assure you that you'll be fine if you just don't stress out about it. This is supposed to be fun. Are we having fun yet? Hey, it's only the first day.

What advice would you give to other bloggers who might be concerned about whether they can finish this Challenge? Just go with it and have fun which is the whole point of this challenge.
What is the biggest obstacle that you are facing in regard to finishing the Challenge this year? Staying on top of the artwork for my Pencil Sketch Inspired Procreation Recreation Art Series, but I'll give it my best shot.

ReplyDeleteMy third year and I was determined to write most of the posts in advance - I have five completed! The war in Ukraine and its developing impact made me decide to double down on the food theme I had planned and include becoming more vegetarian in diet - plus I had to come out of semi-retirement doing two days a week and back up to four to supervise my employer's move to a new factory... Advice to others - hang on in there - it gives great satisfaction to make it through!

ReplyDeleteThis year, I have finished preparing all of my A-to-Z posts ahead of time, so that I can visit as many blogs as possible during the challenge without worrying about my posts. (I started in late January.) I have set realistic goals, and my posts are short.

This year I have completed all but three of my posts and I just have to tweak them because they are about the 1950 census and I had to wait for it's release this morning. I have them scheduled and it's a welcome relief from having to write all day and half the night and squeeze in visits to other blogs.
