What will make my posts so amazing and interesting that I get readers to come back each day of the month?
If you start answering these questions now, you'll be that much further ahead when it's time to sign-up.

That's an easy day to remember; a month after Christmas. Got my theme, got the majority of letters mapped out and lots of pictures taken :) Looking forward to this year's challenge!

I do have a theme, I do want to pre-schedule, this year. In fact I'm already taking down notes and hope to start writing soon (wanted to write all my posts during NaNoWriMo... that just didn't happen...)

It's time to start preparing...
I totally need to get back to finalizing the names for my secondary blog, writing those posts, and editing them! At least the posts on my names blog don't take so much research as the posts on my main blog.
