So the date thing... is if our other wonderful host and or special guests post something, it will go beneath this post and you all will know "the changes for 2013" are happening. I turned off my dates on my sites and forgot to look here, sorry for the possible confusion. Please feel free to visit my sites... Wink!

ReplyDeleteYay - finally the new header, so much less confusing to those potential new participants.

I so cant wait for the 2013 challenge. I mt so many new people last year and have made some good relationships.
ReplyDeleteI already have a couple of lists going of possible topics.
ReplyDeleteGosh folks, I can hardly wait. Improvements such as perhaps using the Khmer (Cambodian) alphabet, which has 74 letters.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's me, apparently the, "Official anti-A to Z spokesman".
Seriously, all the best for the next one. Always good to satire your challenge :)
Gary
Can't wait for this!!!
ReplyDeleteUm, detail girl here wondering why post is dated 5/1/2013. Trying to avoid the zombiepocolypse on the 21st??? Just kidding. Like the changes. Sent email with details.

Something is happening here. The excitement is brewing.

I thought I was being clever and planned ahead, I got my theme for 2013, wrote most of the poems, chose pics then the music.......only Hypster .com has gone down at the moment. If it don't return I will have to change my theme and start again. Ah, that's life.
ReplyDeleteYvonne.
Absolutely, positively CAN'T WAIT for this!! This blog hop is the reason my blog is doing so well today. I joined the 2012 hop when my blog was brand new. Consequently, I received hundreds of visitors, and although I don't blog every day now, the hop taught me to blog on a regular basis. Another great thing about the hop is that it comes when one or more of my new books will be out. I'm very excited about the 2013 hop, and I can't wait to sign up!

Looking good! Excitement builds!
ReplyDeleteSeriously looking forward to this year's challenge! I'm considering starting my posts already so I can spend more time reading rather than writing in April.

I was also going to ask why the date says May 1.
ReplyDelete@Matt - I'm doing the same thing. Last year I wrote them all in April, which was fine. However, this year I want them all written beforehand. I participate in a lot of hops. So it's good for me to get them done early.
ReplyDeleteI tried to do that last year... The year before, I wrote them on the day they were due. I think I got up through M last year, and sorta got lazy... then it snuck up on me and before I knew it, I was behind the 8-ball again.
ReplyDeletePenny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet star, recently upgraded to superstar status, thanks to her highly acclaimed guest appearance on Alex's blog, is thrilled beyond belief at the prospect on your next Alphabet challenge.
ReplyDeleteHope things are better for you, Lee.

Just thought I'd add that my A to Z Reflection post has become the second most read post at my blog behind a ghost post and in front of a guest zombie writer's post. Thanks A to Z for all the blog hits!

Jeremy! I want to do it again this year! Where do I sign up for the 2013?
ReplyDeleteBj
Looking forward to A to Z Challenge (and not just b/c it means we have made it through the cold, dark winter and into springtime!). I have started thinking about topics and will probably start writing posts in January. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI want to sign up too but can't figure out where or how. Had so much fun last year. Posted every single day. I've never been so committed to anything as I was A to Z. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd gosh, in a moment of weakness, I actually made mention of this um alphabet challenge in my latest not worth reading posting. And Lee, I even mentioned your good self. I'm so nice :)
ReplyDeleteI notice A to Z uses Linky Tools for the linky list. I'm currently running a blog hop, and the server for Linky Tools has gone down on me twice now. (In fact, when I go to your 2012 sign-up linky list, I notice it's not there. That's because Linky Tools is down again.) I can't have a sign-up list disappear on me while I'm trying to run a hop. So I'm probably going to switch my sign-ups to a different linky tool. You may think about doing the same. Just a warning.
